Customer service ended the chat without finding me saying I was using inappropriate language...lol I think the bonus terms are unfair, many hours of play and only 35% bonus balance reduced. You have no possibility to do verification no matter how much you beg them. The slots were spinning strangely making me think, stay away.

Poor and completely unhelpful customer service. There is very fine print where it is not stated that in every deposit you have to play your amount X3 and then be able to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals take a hopelessly long time, over ten days for amounts in the order of €10, not thousands. As pointed out by the promoters of Free Spins, everything suddenly blocks and does not allow you to withdraw. I generally don't recommend it.

Stay away!

I deposited at this casino, my deposit didn't go on my account so I messaged them and was told they would get back to me, days late still no news,

I decided to close my account as I didn't trust them, I was told I'd be able to open my account if I ever wanted to.

Today I got an email saying my deposit had gone onto my account..

So I message them to reopen my account so I could actual use the money I deposited only to be told management had made the decision to not allow me to reopen my account. So I now have a deposit on the account I'm not allowed to use, THEY STOLE MY MONEY.
