Čo sa týka peňazí tak určite by som to nenechal len tak ani ja pokiaľ si toho názoru, že z tvojej strany k žiadnej chybe nedošlo. Keď kasíno opakuje stále to isté dookola už dva mesiace, tak to rozhodne nie je nič príjemné a obzvlášť keď ťa do toho začnú ignorovať.

What is the point of a (justified) complaint if BetOnRed has already achieved what they intended with their fraudulent tactics - namely that the entire credit has already been lost - partly due to the anger over this tactic? We're not talking about peanuts here, but in my case demonstrably over 60k!!!
Something like that shouldn't be allowed and Casino Guru should actually be there to stop it and hold such casinos accountable!
Was soll eine (berechtigte) Beschwerde bringen, wenn BetOnRed mit deren betrügerischen Taktik bereits das erzielt hat, was deren Absicht war - nämlich, dass das komplette Guthaben -u.a. aufgrund des Ärgers über diese Taktik- bereits verloren wurde? Wir reden hier nicht von Peanuts, sondern in meinem Fall von nachweislich über 60k!!!
So etwas darf nicht sein und Casino Guru müsste eigentlich dafür da sein, um dies zu unterbinden und solche Casinos zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen!

they played on my depression... just the fact that they accepted the 20% refund implies clear guilt and admission of this.
