I tried on Saturday, the deposit was 350,- the winnings were 2,840,- and I made a withdrawal. When I read all the discussions, I was worried that nothing would come, and today, Monday afternoon, the winnings were credited to the account. So my experience is positive. 😁👏

This is not just about the loss of the winnings of more than 60k, but about the fact that I was SCAMMED and I will - if necessary - invest as much money again to fight these machinations not only in court, but above all to display in public!!!

At that point I had FOUR (!!!) open withdrawals from four consecutive days because the casino only allows 3k withdrawals per day and on the 4th day I heard that the withdrawals still hadn't been processed, even though my account had was verified for a long time - all of this is PROVEN (screenshots, chat histories, etc.)!

At the same time, the casino violated their own terms and conditions (including "withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours") and that is the real scandal!

BetOnRed tries absolutely everything to avoid having to make withdrawals, because if you look at the reviews, I'm far from the only one!

BetOnRed gets away with it because no one fights back, but in my case they got the wrong person, because if the casino doesn't give in and propose a solution asap, it will cost them damn dearly, because money is one thing, but bad publicity is much worse!

AND I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT!!!

Anyone who is blind can see that BetOnRed has bought a large part of the positive reviews on Trustpilot (especially a lot from Poland with mostly only one previous review... very "weird") and no one is doing anything about it either!

This misleads potential customers!!!

Actually, everyone is committing a crime by confirming that they were not instigated to write this review, but since no one can trace it, it is tolerated!

Yes, thank you for elaborating more. And that's exactly why I was asking why you didn't file a complaint back then. If the casino had not responded or tried to resolve the situation and the complaint had ended up unresolved, it would have received black points which would have had an effect on the safety index. I therefore advise players in such cases to ask if they need help. 

However, since you have already moved it to higher places, I am curious how it will turn out and I would like to know if you will have any result. Would it then be possible to share it with us if it is not a problem ? 

As far as reviews are concerned, I think the players can recognize what could be fake and what could not. That's why we pay attention to the process of accepting or rejecting reviews and try to catch all the similar ones that come to us. 

Unfortunately, it is becoming more and more common that players, even with the prospect of some free spins or bonuses, want to write a good review even though they may not have the best experience in the casino. It's a pity but it's true.

I've known this behavior for a long time, but at BetOnRed it's more extreme or noticeable than ever before!

We would definitely not buy any user reviews. Our goal is to make them unbiased and honest, because that is the most important thing. 

I think that when there are a lot of positive reviews, players who have been gambling for a long time can recognize which are fake. There is always a pattern. 

However, because we are careful, we always reject such reviews.

Oh, I'm glad you like a similar layout, but I probably won't be able to help you with that. I was thinking to see if the casino has any sister casinos and they might be ok but I didn't find any. Obviously you will have to get some advice from a player or you will have to search to find similar ones.

Hello guys, I had a completely different experience with BetonRed Casino. In my opinion one of the fastest casinos when it comes to payouts. Since yesterday 2000 euros have been paid out without any problems.

At first I was afraid that the same thing would happen to me after reading the posts here, but everything worked out great. Verification was also quick.

That's perfect, I'm glad that at least someone has a good experience after these last posts I've read. How long did the withdrawal and verification take when they were fast ? 😊🤗

The betonred casino homepage was missing the bonus terms for maximum amount of profit.

I made a deposit of 50 euros and was credited but 27 euros automatically as a second deposit bonus.

The only information available was the x35 bonus rollover.

I won the amount of 2600 euros on a slot machine with real money before entering the bonus fund.

I also completed the bonus wagering requirement which was 966 euros.

Still I got 2276 deducted.

There is currently an open complaint with Casino Guru which admitted that the terms for maximum bonus winnings were missing from the casino website.

Do you know what the casino proposal was, betonred?

Give me 100 euros in bonus.

Hey, so I would say that's not exactly a deal breaker. You didn't find anywhere the amount you can take out of the bonus ? Usually the English version of the Terms and Conditions is considered to be the most useful, so it wasn't there either ? Did you read any other version or why it was missing, did you ask the casino ? 

Anyway, since you have an open complaint, let's see how our team will deal with it and what will be done about it. I hope everything will be resolved fairly.

The only link that provided access to my country does not mention anywhere about a maximum amount of bonus profit.

He was added after my win and filing a complaint with casino guru.

You just can't be naive and be sure what the conditions and rules are. I actually saw that you can win a maximum of between 600-700 euros. That's why I played without a bonus. Unfortunately, it's your own fault.

If at that particular time it was not written anywhere what the maximum cashout from the bonus is, then I assume that the player did not know how it really is.
