I do not recommend this casino. I had the worst experience ever. Customer support is awful, does not help, they say they will open a request only to silence the user, and say they will get back to us soon, but it never happens. They do not process withdrawals, i have one pending for 4 days, and they say they dont know whats wrong, everything looks fine but they dont try to fix it. Customer care is far from their priority. Do not use this casino.

Awful casino. Does not process withdrawals, customer service does not help and the bónus are one of the worst of the market. Worst casino i have ever used. Do not recommend to anyone, you won't have a good time, you won't get help from customer service and you will lose your money either by playing their games or because they won't let you withdraw the money you have there. I started using this bookie around 3 weeks ago, everything went well until I had to make a withdrawal. My withdrawal is quite low, around 150€. I have all my profile fulfilled, I asked the Customer support what was missing for my KYC, and they said nothing, I just had to wait up to 72H for them to process my withdrawal. It's been almost 120 hours/5 days and nothing. I asked for an email to make a complaint, which they didn't provide me with, I had To search for it myself on the website and here, until I found out this email support@BetonRed.com, which is the same they provide over here when answering evaluations about the website, the problem is they never answer the emails . It's been 3 days since I 1st sent an email and they never got back to me. Customer support feels like we are chatting with a Bot, as they give the same answers over and over again.

I have 2 friends that are in a similar situation, but they managed to make at least 1 withdrawal, that took around 48H, and after that they got the same problem as me. I didn't even manage to get 1 withdrawal done, as mine shows as pending for 5 days now and customer support doesn't help me and I never get an email reply.

I tried to reason with them again, tried to figure out whats missing or whats wrong, but they keep telling me the same thing they told me the last 4 days, i have to wait because the team is already aware etc. Always the same exact answer, even when the " casino replies to our reviews here its always the same automatic reply. 1 of my friends just got their withdrawal reject, so he managed the 1st one but now the 2nd one he got reject. i am starting to feel like this casino is a scam and i wont see my money ever. Truly awful experience, and i have tried multiple bookies and i never had such an unpleasent experience. i will wait 2 or 3 more days and i will probably make a complaint.

PS: I managed to talk to someone from the chat who didnt gave only automatic answers and he told me he passed the issue to the team again and i should get the cashout processed in 24 hours. Lets see how it goes.
