I don't receive any reason and I didn't play with bonuses, I played with money that I deposited through my only Astropay account and when I withdraw using the same method they just reject it; then what they do is take away the Astropay withdrawal option and when the Astropay withdrawal option comes back a week later they continue to reject it. And I've been like this for a month now.

The only alternative they gave me was to deposit 70 thousand pesos through Binance and play 50% of the amount, meaning that I basically gave them money so I could withdraw it later. And no one guarantees my withdrawal either.

The truth is that I am categorical because in their policy they stand out, as I mentioned before, deposits and withdrawals are supposedly IMMEDIATE and a month ago I have been trying to withdraw my money without any solution.

Now how are you able to claim that you give a 50% bonus if to really become the owner of that "BONUS" I must lose 3500% of the bonus value, are you aware of what you say you give as a benefit?
