I don't receive any reason and I didn't play with bonuses, I played with money that I deposited through my only Astropay account and when I withdraw using the same method they just reject it; then what they do is take away the Astropay withdrawal option and when the Astropay withdrawal option comes back a week later they continue to reject it. And I've been like this for a month now.

The only alternative they gave me was to deposit 70 thousand pesos through Binance and play 50% of the amount, meaning that I basically gave them money so I could withdraw it later. And no one guarantees my withdrawal either.
