Withdrawal request denied and funds removed from account - they claimed I had cheated by delaying a game, however this happened on the gaming providers side - I won hands of blackjack however the balance was still going down (the winnings were not being credited to the account) I had previously reached out to them about this, and they did credit the account with the winnings, however on withdrawal they insinuated I had cheated, cancelled my withdrawal and all my money in the account, so the balance is now 0. They are now saying that this is under review, but it has been over a week since I had any updates
