MY COMPLAINT IS SUMMIZED IN THAT THEY REJECT ALL WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS. (SCAM) I will make a brief summary of the facts so that it is better understandable for you: 1. Then the withdrawal option had been blocked since they had the right to carry out additional investigations to ensure that my bets were safe and did not violate the rules, said withdrawal option being blocked until January 31, 2024. ( an eternity). 3.After that date arrives and I verify the withdrawal method, I start requesting withdrawals. 4. Well, this is when the problems begin because ALL WITHDRAWALS ARE REJECTED claiming that they have technical problems with the payment provider and that they cannot do anything. Absolute disgraceful company I won £7000 over a period of 2 months and the day I started to withdraw this company put a block on me withdrawing. I was advised they to wait 75 days while a investigation took place to see if my bets were genuine. They advised I can add funds and bet but can't withdraw! After 70 days they blocked my account and I had a message saying I didn't bet correctly and therefore I've lost my £7000 funds. I can't get in touch with them now and they blocked my emails and will not respond. Not even to UK police they simply not replying or responding and they have my money...... Avoid avoid avoid. You have been warned they are scammers and I'm having to involve a solicitor to attempt to retrieve my winnings.
