The player living in Hungary is experiencing difficulties completing the KYC verification because of his nationality. We rejected the complaint because the player stopped responding.
Im have a french nationality, but im hungarian resident, so im technically allowed to play in there casino. But they dont allow me to KYC. The kyc with the third party doesnt work, as im french nationality but hungarian resident.
My ID nationality have french adress. But i changed im an expat since 1 years already, and have all the proof i live in hungary
They dont try to understand my case, so i cannot withdrawal

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly.
Could you explain exactly how long you play in the casino? Since when are you living in Hungary? Were you asked to supply documents proving your current address in Hungary?
