The player from Canada had deposited 105 CAD to the casino but the funds were not reflected in his account. He had also claimed an owed amount of 2600 USD in winnings. The casino had responded that the deposit was being investigated and the withdrawal requests were in process. After some time, the player confirmed that he had received his payment and requested the complaint to be closed. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Yesterday at 2pm I deposited 105 CAD and it never reflected on my account. I have tried several times to address this with the casino and they tell me they can’t help.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

At this moment withdrawal requests are in process and will be completed as soon as it will be possible.

With those facts every side of this complaint can be sure that there is no violation or incorrect processes from Fairspin.
