Requested withdrawal submitted documents 11/21/22 by 12/1/22 it went from 7-10 business days. To 18 business days and since 12/6/22 business 11 they just stop responding to me. My chat now even says no agents available. It’s now been 15 overall day 21. So 3 weeks and now no response and the now inflated "at least 18 business days" means I’ll be lucky if at 18 it shows. And nobody will answer me so I’m pretty sure I’m just not getting my money. And I have 3 payouts. 475,260, 190. DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hey Nick. It’s been since Nov 22. So now 16 business days or 22 overall. I’ve sent ID multiple utility bills and photo holding ID. Someone finally responded today for the first time in almost a week saying 2-4 days but as I see from other reviews this seems to be the same response they give. But I will wait and see if that happens.

filethis was on Monday so that would have been yesterday @ 3 business days. This was my first time getting a response in over a week+ so they’re ignoring me too. So is Tropica VIP who I feel like is the same site. Who also said I’d have my payment this week on Monday file

fileI’m sure they said the same thing they always randomly say once every 2 weeks. They don’t even respond on here. "Verified" since 11/21/22 month and a half and it’s always 48-72 hours. All Promotion pages definitely need to flag this site just like this page does.

So I had to get someone to create an account and poof they responded. Called them out then magically I was able to get a response. And get this. Now apparently the issue is my "activity" saying I have no been active. I would like to point out my 2 withdrawals 11/26/22 and 12/5/22. I have played games all the way up until 12/15/22 as well as been messaging daily with little to no response if ever. I am now told that because my account is "inactive" that is why I have not been paid. Please explain to me how that makes sense!? file

So basically I am not being paid because after 4 weeks of not being paid I didn’t deposit more money in the account and keep playing. Because naturally that’s what anyone would do. What a fraud!!!

Yep, I agree with you Dom913, that this is a strange approach. Sadly, I have not heard back from the Casino rep yet, at the moment it appears that they somehow stopped responding to my messages. I will try to get in touch with someone else from the casino again.

Dear Dom913,

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.

yup. No payment no response. Standard email shows up every now and then saying 48 hours. Never getting paid here
