I started playing at this casino and decided to use a bonus code the second time I wagered . I met the wagering requirements to make a withdrawal with the maximum amount allowed, based on the amount of my deposit. I previously submitted my documentation a week and a couple of days prior so that shouldn't have caused an issue to my withdrawal being delayed. I made the purchase and requested the withdrawal via BITCOIN on 11/17/2020 and up till this day my withdrawal is still pending although it clearly states that any withdrawal request via bitcoin will be paid within 48hrs.

MY ADVISE IS DO NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO! THEY CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS POOR WITH CONFLICTING INFORMATION AND THEY DO NOT LIKE TO PAY OUT AS STATED!!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem delayed withdrawal. Have you withdrawn any winnings successfully in the past from this casino? Have you been advised what caused the delay? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I'm new to the casino but fairly familiar with the policy rules and regulations. I did do a request for a withdrawal previously but had it reversed after submitting in my documentation a week and a couple of days prior to my recent request. I did use a bonus that entailed a playthrough amount upon successfully completing it I requested a withdrawal of the $444 (the max). The reason why they stated my withdrawal is delayed is due to technical issues. I've spoken to several reps and all they tell me is, "wait" "soon"! I have screenshots of the conversations and conflicting info I've been given each chat. My documents have been verified and my bitcoin withdrawal was only suppose to take up to 48hrs as stated from the rep. This request was made on 11/17/2020 and it's still in pending status.
