I have been waiting for over a month for withdrawal. All the customer service says is they are working on it and it will be soon. I have spoken to them at least 10 times. They first said 7 business days. now they say a few more days but nothing changes.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please confirm that your account has been fully verified already? Is the delay an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

Yes. My withdrawal remains "processing" Since 04-24-2021. So five weeks now have passed. I have supplied all needed documents and have been told they have been accepted. Yet my withdrawal remains processing. This is the year 2021, right? I have dealt with other Casinos like Bitcoincasino.io where I have received withdrawals minutes after claiming. Had I checked your review on Eurobet and saw they had such a poor rating I would not have wasted my time. When I ask Eurobetcasino what is going on they will only say yes" we are working on it and" it will be soon.". When I ask them what their definition of soon is. They have no response.

Hi Nick,

Thank you very much for handling this for me. I have always been polite in my contact with them but my patience wears thin. Prior to this withdrawal I had another pending but reversed it because I grew tired of waiting. I have no intention of reversing this withdrawal however. I very much feel like they are ignoring me. I understand they have no current license. They only allow withdrawals in bitcoin. They take deposits in any form.

I hope you have better luck at dealing with them.

So it really is outrageous that a Casino type online business is allowed to operate without any license or regulatory authority watching over it. What if anything can be done to stop the likes of Eurobetcasino from operating and literally just stealing its victims hard and righteously earned capital. The owner of this casino is listed as being in Nevada, USA. Is this true? I don't think they are. There must be something that can be done to deny Eurobet access to the Internet. I appreciate Casino Guro help in this matter. Eurobetcasino is a fraudulent and criminal operation from everything I can see in its data . The little that their is out there. Even their name Eurobetcasino.com appears to be a play on a small but very well liked casino in Italy/ Eurobets.

So if they just continue to not respond is there any other action that can be taken against them?

Unfortunately, we haven't receive any answer from the casino yet. As it has no official licence, there isn't much to do. You can always try to contact local authorities but it might be impossible for them to reach the casino either. We are giving the casino 7 more days to respond. However, if we won't receive any respond within the given time, the complaint will be closed as unresolved which will reduce the casino's rating.

So I contacted Eurobetcasino today and was told the same thing. They are very sorry and I should receive my withdrawal in 3-5 business days. I think I would have more respect if they just told me. Sorry but we pay nobody so you are burnt!

Dear Javeed,

As you can see the casino still haven't give us any respond. We are usualy closing complaints after 14 days of being non-responsive but based on what the support said to you I would wait that few more days to see if your withdrawal arrives. If not, the complaint will be closed as unresolved.


Please let us know if the money arrived in the next week.

So I have received $0 to date on a $500 withdrawal request I placed over 2 months ago. My withdrawal status remains as processing. Customer has no explanation of why its taken so long or when they can resolve it. In your casino review you say they are popular in Europe. I doubt they are popular anywhere. There is a small casino in Italy-

As you can see the casino did not respond to us even after prolonging the timer. If the money still haven't arrived we will be now forced to close the complaint as unresolved, which may negatively affect the casino's rating. I'm sorry that we was not able to help you more but as the casino is non-responsive there isn't much we can do.
