This casino scammed me out of 500$ totally deposited. They didn’t give me pay out. They didn’t Not give my my winnings after I won live blackjack bet. They removed my winnings to 0$ after I got blackjack. I contacted support and they said no it all about your luck and skills. They ignored me completely scamming casino. BE AWARE OF PLAYING LIVE GAMES Here. They managed to made you lose it all. I want my 500$ deposited back as soon as possible.Thanks

1/ There was no explanation why my winnings disappeared.

2/ I didn’t have chance to cash out my winnings because my winnings in my balance was gone

3/ I didn’t have chace to fully check KYC

Could you please forward any supporting evidence, such as screenshots, videos, or your game history with the exact time of the incident, along with any relevant communication to veronika.l@casino.guru? Did you stop playing immediately after discovering that your winning bet was not reflected in your balance?
