Hi everyone I have a problem with Emirbet the Casino didn’t pay me I applied for withdrawal from more than a week and I didn’t receive any thing when I emailed them they said that its under verification and proof of address are missing and I uploaded two documents of proof of address and till now I am waiting the withdrawal amount is 5000$

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Hello thank you for your reply,

I have completed all the KFC verification before I withdrawal the money, and I have emailed them yesterday and I haven’t heard anything from them I have uploaded two bank statements for the proof of address.

I fully understand your frustration, Za5123. However, it might take a few working days to approve documents.

I will set the timer for an additional 7 days to allow the casino two full weeks to process the payment. If there’s no development by Wednesday, we will intervene.
