Thank you for reaching us.


We would like to provide a more clear picture of the events that took place with the Player`s account. After depositing with us, Ms. Ribeiro made three Sport bets on Live events which were settled as Wins shortly after. Once she received the funds she bet the whole amount in a Roulette and submitted a withdrawal request right after.


The relevant department took a closer look at her Sport bets since they were all placed on very high odds and were settled as Wins. It was discovered the Ms. Ribeiro placed all of her Sports bets when the events were already with determined outcomes which is considered a Sport abuse and for that reason her withdrawal was rejected, the Sport and Casino winnings were void since they all originate from inappropriate sporting gameplay. 


After the abuse was discovered the withdrawal was rejected and the system automatically sent the message for bonus manipulation to which the Player is referring to. We can also confirm the there was no bonus involved and an e-mail clarifying the situation was sent to Ms. Ribeiro which was not mentioned here in this thread.


Her account is active and her total deposited amount is available to withdraw.
