The player's requesting a refund of his deposits as he is supposed to be self excluded. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I got banned from the Oasis in January because I had/have a problem with gaming. Then I didn't play for several months until I received promotion from elite24bet. Unfortunately I relapsed and deposited over €3000 in 2 months and of course lost it. Luckily I've gotten my senses back and I'm in therapy, but with a huge mountain of debt. I thought everything was my fault, but after talking to my lawyer about the overview of my debts, I was advised to ask for at least the money I had deposited since January, as the site, like any online casino or casino in Germany, is obliged to adhere to to keep the OASIS blocking bank, which was not the case in my case despite full verification. It is also illegal in Germany to allow deposits of more than €1000 a month, which also happened, which the OASIS from Darmstadt also confirmed to me. I've explained my problem to support several times, but they don't take you seriously. I'm trying it now as the penultimate instance here about Casino Guru.
In addition, I asked the support several times to close my account, but they were persuaded to keep trying. Gambling addiction or player protection is not taken seriously here either.
Hello tiller52,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Elite24Bet Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
Could you please advise if you did request for self exclusion directly in Elite24Bet Casino? Did you ever mention them gambling issues or addiction?
Please note that OASIS is related to sports betting and even if it would be related to casino games, OASIS is working on casinos having German gambling license. As the casino did not have one, they are not obligate to refund your deposits if you did not request for self-exclusion directly from them.
Looking forward to your answer.
Regards,
Nick
Good day ,
nevertheless, they offer gambling in Germany and in order to legally offer gambling in Germany, they have to comply with the new gambling contract. It clearly states that you can't deposit more than €1000 a month.
I have also told support several times that I want to close my account
Hello tiller52,
As the casino do not have a German license, they are not obligate to have deposit limits. Can you please clarify how exactly did you request to close your account? Do you have any conversation saved with them?
If yes, please forward it here or to nikolas.b@casino.guru.
