I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help. We have tried to contact the casino several times to give them a chance to react. Sadly, there has been no reply at all. The least we could do is issue a warning for the casino and lower their rating to a minimum.
Since this casino is a scam and we received no reaction from their side, we close this and all the previous and future complaints as unresolved.
