but I didn't receive my winnings. I began to find out what the problem was, they said that they entered the card number incorrectly, and therefore my withdrawal of funds was blocked .... I paid again .... The money was returned ... in order to withdraw again, I had to pay 12% of the conversion again, I paid ... but again to no avail .... it turned out that the security service did not like that different card numbers for withdrawal, although replenishment and withdrawal of money were made from the same card ... I was asked to send a photo passport data, a photo of a bank card and again pay 20% of the winnings ... I sent a photo of my passport and bank card ... support service operator Dmitry Ushakov said that these 20% will remain in my account, they will not be debited, I can withdraw them or continue to play , and they will return 12% of the conversion ... and then I replenished again with the hope that I could still withdraw my winnings .... A day later, the money was returned to the account, everything was like Support and said ... that once again I paid 12% to withdraw the money, but the money did not come ....... But a question for Dmitry’s support, he replied that the security service did not like my data and my account was blocked ... now I can’t log into my account, I didn’t withdraw my winnings ... I invested a lot of money ...
I wrote from other phones and just went to the site to find out what was the matter, the same Dmitry wrote to me that the winnings should come, but after that the window for contacting support immediately disappeared ...
I don’t know for what reason they blocked me, if the day before the security service approved my data, returned the money to the account account ... and then silence ... Please help me figure it out 🙏

I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help. We have tried to contact the casino several times to give them a chance to react. Sadly, there has been no reply at all. The least we could do is issue a warning for the casino and lower their rating to a minimum.
