The player from North Macedonia had experienced a delayed withdrawal despite having verified his account twice and repeatedly submitting the requested documents. There had been no response via email. The player's ID had been verified, but there were issues with the proof of address. He had submitted multiple documents, but the casino did not approve them. After two weeks, the player had received his withdrawal. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Hello,

My account been Verified and ask from me again ID and Proof of address i send and Verified again after that i waiting for withdraw but i see ask after Verified and Proof of address ask from me again i send again pdf file and ask from me and selfie i send all and i waiting and this is not first time here who ask from me 2-3 times documents, you can check a photo who i upload date when i send and Verified after that ask again from me pdf i send all and now its checking...

I waiting 4 days, on chat 2 times say to me its Verified your account when i see other support say to me not verified...

Lol on livechat i ask again say rejected proof of address but i see not rejected is pending and i say its pending say oh yes sorry, one say to me 48 hours max to review one say no have timeframe lol this is very bad i waiting 5 days no get any email anything

However, I will set the timer for an additional 7 days allowing to casino two full weeks to verify your account and process the payment and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene.
