I am reaching out to you seeking assistance with a serious problem regarding my experience at Duelbits Casino.


On March 10, 2024, I made a deposit into my gaming account at Duelbits Casino, sending $1699 to their TRX address. However, despite almost two weeks passing since the deposit, the funds have not appeared in my account. Attempts to contact Duelbits support have been unsuccessful, and they refuse to refund my money.

From the screenshots you provided us with, it seems that you sent your deposit using the wrong blockchain (TRX instead of USDT). Can you please confirm that you accidentally sent your money to the wrong wallet?

Hello, dear Veronika! Yes, unfortunately, I made a mistake and used the wrong network when sending my money. Of course, I tried to contact the payment system, but it was too late. They said the money had already been sent to the recipient's wallet and they couldn't cancel the transaction. I hope this problem can be resolved because I sent my USDT and I am sure they are now on Duelbits casino's wallet.
