I have been playing on duelbits casino everyday. There was a promotion about getting paid up to $100 every day, $50 for every pair of 8s received during blackjack on the duelbits table. This is clearly displayed on the digital screens behind the table to this date.


I play on this high stakes (minimum $20) table only because of this promotion although i usually opt going for low stakes just for this reason in hopes that I could hit this pairs bonus and get a little payout. I hit the pairs on 19/06/2024, the same day i lost $2100 during my play on that table.


I contacted live support asking for the 50 payout as a little consolation for myself having lost 2100 in the process. Live support replied saying the promotion was over on 16/06/2024 and that i will not get the 50 that is STILL clearly advertised and displayed on the screens behind the table. I have to remind again the reason why i chose that table was because of this promotion. This is false marketing using conor mcgregor as the face of it to bait and scam people like me. I deem it to be a very serious offence, almost criminal already having the edge. I understand that my losses are based on my decision to chase this pair of 8s BUT that was the reason why i was still playing on this table! I would definitely have not lost $2100 had i known this promotion wasnt valid! Why is this false marketing still being displayed to this very date?


I am deeply disappointed and feel extremely angry and stupid having based my decision to play and lose $2100 because of this out of date promo which was NOT made clear to us via any notification or chatlog and STILL BEING DISPLAYED CLEARLY as 'win $100 EVERY DAY' 'get a pair of 8s' ON THE SCREENS BEHIND TODAY 21/6/2024


I would like to raise the matter to the gambling authorities and am sure this could be damaging to the reputation for duelbits as well as its influencers like ConorMcgregor using him as a face for false marketing. If he was aware of this im sure he would be deeply disappointed and not continue to be the face of this scamming casino


This is a very serious matter as this false marketing has landed me to be in a deep loss

This is the hand I played and you can clearly see behind on the screen it saying 'win $100 EVERY DAY'



These are screenshots of the promotion taken yesterday (20/06/2024) clearly displayed at the back of the table in the digital screen, STILL BEING DISPLAYED on this table to this very moment today. According to live support the promotion 'ended on 19/6/2024' which is no where to be seen on the website, and the person in live support showed me a mere cropped screenshot of that.


I have more screenshots of the game ID if it helps.

Could you please provide more detailed rules for the promotion displayed on the screen? The screenshots don't clearly explain how the promotion works and the conditions under which you would receive the $100 award.

I understand your frustration, but placing high bets in the hope of winning a specific promotion, and subsequently losing, does not make you eligible for any compensation. I agree that the casino should be more considerate of the user experience, but it's also important for the player to review the rules of each promotion they choose to participate in.

The rules were simple. As long as you played in the Duelbits blackjack table, and you get a pair of 8s, you win $50. With no side bets whatsoever. Just playing the hand would get you that. And you could do this up to two times per day, that makes $100.


This table has a minimum stake of $20. I usually play on minimum $5 as I consider 20 to be of higher risk. However with this promotion in mind I have been playing on this table for days for the simple reason of getting rewarded if I hit the pair of 8s. When I finally hit it I contacted support and they first said it would be paid within 24hours after checks. Contacting them the day later they have mentioned that the promotion was over 5 days ago. Now how was I supposed to know this if I had seen the promotion when it was out at first, read the rules, and with it still being displayed for days after the promotion ‘end’ date, any customer who has read the rules would assume that the promotion is still active! I genuinely feel this way and got baited by this false marketing!
