The player from Belarus had their account blocked and funds confiscated due to accusations of fraudulent activities. The casino informed us that the reason for their decision to block the player's account without a refund was detecting the player's use of a card counting strategy in Live Baccarat. Our position, in this case, was that the casino should pay the player their winnings as we do not consider the strategy they had used sufficient reason to justify confiscating any funds. The casino refused to comply with our ruling. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved'.

Hello. I can't get a a withdrawal. Casino Dublinbet claims that I violated rule 5.1.13, it mentions martingale, doubling and similar systems and strategies, but I don't even know what it is.

I am a regular player, I do not use any devices, robots or computer assistants. Therefore, I wonder on what basis the casino makes this conclusion. They can't block my account without proof, I have a right to know them.

Repeatedly contacted the casino, but, unfortunately, it was not possible to solve the problem.

I ask you to help resolve my situation and provide the possibility of withdrawing my funds in the amount of 395.00 USD.

Good afternoon. I played in casino Dublinbet at Baccarat. It was my first game. The casino didn't give me a chance to get verified. I have not previously received conclusions or winnings in this casino. My account was blocked right after the game. I think my money and winnings were stolen.

Dear all,

We have discussed this case with the casino representative. We have been advised that the reason why the casino closed SlavSplav’s account without a refund was a detected use of a card counting strategy in Live Baccarat games.

However, despite this fact, we believe that the player should be paid. The strategy the player used is very ineffective and easy to detect, therefore they could have been excluded from play before accumulating winnings using the strategy and requesting a withdrawal.

Our suggestion to Dublinbet Casino, in this case, would be to let the player keep their winnings and restrict their access to Baccarat games or their gaming account.

We have explained our position to the casino, but unfortunately, they refused to comply with it and did not change their decision.

Due to these reasons, we are forced to close this case as ‘unresolved’.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
