Hi! I requested a withdrawal of 85€, but the casino still hasn't approved my request. It's been 3 and a half weeks now... Also the casino restricted my stake amount to only 1-2 euros for no reason at all...!! I didn't violated any of the casino's rules...

  • Yes, I had successful withdrawals in the past with DreamBet. All my deposit and withdrawal were via Neteller. My withdrawals were approved and completed in 48 hours since my requests.
  • Yes, I successfully passed the casino's KYC from the beginning of my registration to them.
  • My winnings were made without a bonus.

Hello again! I don't know if you did something from your end or it's just coincidence, but after I submitted my complaint here, I received an email from them(Dreambet) telling me to resubmit my withdrawal request, because the first one was rejected due to difficulties they had with their payments management system. This is just an excuse to cover-up that they don't want to pay... I base my opinion on the fact that the previous withdraws were completed in 48h and for this one it took them 3 weeks to figure out and inform me that they had problems with their payments management system..?? Something's fishy...

At least I got paid my money. Now I'm gonna close my account in Dreambet, since they restricted my stake for no reason on 1-2€..!!
