Hi I was playing in Drake's casino and deposited $50 and just got very lucky that day and happened to win up to two grand but continue to play and end up stopping around $300 so I went to withdraw my $300 which the casino required me to verify my information was correct and to send them a form of my ID and a utility bill of where I live to verify that my information is correct which I did and they said that my funds will be released as soon as the people are back to work Monday through Friday and they will release my funds back to bitcoin so over the weekend I tried to log into my account which just happened to be disabled and I went to email them to ask him why my account was disabled and they said just it was due to a manager's decision and that's final they wouldn't give me an answer so I told him I want to speak to a manager they told me I have to call during business hours which I did and when I called I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager which the guy on the phone told me that there wasn't one available and I said well what time will they be available cuz I'll call back again I got all day and he said hold on he went to go speak to a manager and when he got back on the phone with me he told me that the manager doesn't want to speak to me but their decision is final that they close my account and confiscated my winnings that they will return my deposit which I still haven't got to this day and it's been maybe a week already but I don't believe that they should be able to take my winnings and close my account for no reason whatsoever cuz I did not violate any terms and conditions and they won't give me a reason why they close my account if you guys could help I appreciate it I believe they have a license number I'm going to look it up but any help will be appreciated beware of that casino ran by another sister casino which is gossip casino and VIP casino they're their sister branches.

Hi so my winnings were without a bonus at all. For account being verified I did not have a call to verify it but I did speak to the customer representative on the live chat but for actual verification no there was nothing done. And I registered the account in late December I would say around maybe December 20th or 25th close to Christmas of last year 2020

Our fraud team has found enough evidence to discern that you have multiple accounts across more than one of our brands. While this is not always caught right away, we usually do catch this eventually. This results in the confiscation of funds across all accounts created. What the hell do they mean by fraud? I have not committed any fraud.so that's there reason they took my winnings?also they have still not return my deposit like they stated.

Hi did you hear back from Drake casino about the fraud or multiple accounts that they said I had? Also they haven't returned my winnings or my deposit like they said they were. When I contacted them like a week ago was the last time I heard from them they said it should be in my account which it ain't I'll send you guys the emails for you can see them for yourself

We have received information from the caisno confirming that you did create multiple accounts. Although we are not eligible to share any specific details, we can confirm that we find the casino's proof relevant. All I want to ask now from the casino to refund the player's deposit so the complaint can be resolved.

Ok well thank you for all your help..what I don't understand is that I did not make multiple accounts with the same casino but their sister branches I did but I was referred by their chat to do so so I don't understand how is that in the wrong if they were telling me to do so in their chat and I don't know what other casinos they're connected to so it makes it hard for me not to know which casinos to sign up with and not if they're all connected and one way or another.. I would say that I made accounts with almost every casino that's on the US branch and I lost the phone that had all my information stored in it with all the casinos in my history with all of them having my passwords and username saved for easy login.and after losing my phone I had a couple of unauthorized transactions on some of my credit cards in the past that was more than 4 months ago but two different bank cards but I addressed that issue with the bank and took care of that but so far doesn't look like whoever found my phone has access to any more of my credit information other than all the stored pictures and stuff that I had in there my logins to my emails which I just recently changed like 3 weeks ago.so whoever has my phone shouldn't have access to anything else I believe but I don't think there would be making any extra accounts on the casino online without my knowledge cuz if they were it would show up under my email which they had access to before I change the password and I haven't seen any other accounts made under those emails. And it's ridiculous how this casinos expect you to take photos of your ID credit cards yourself holding your ID to send them verification for withdrawing but then later on all that is saved in my phone and when I lost it people had access to all that whoever found the phone at least which is kind of bad on my part because that is all my personal information and who knows what people could do with that. But since then after having a few unauthorized charges on two of my different bank cards I close those cards out and got new ones since then and haven't had any unauthorized charges since because whoever has my phone does not have my new credit card information. But like I said again I highly doubt it would try to be making new casino accounts using my information so the only thing I could guess that Drake casino is saying about multiple accounts is because I have an account with their sister branch VIP slots and gossip slots which I was recommended by their live chat to also join and check out what they have to offer so if that was a breach of their terms and conditions that was just a setup by them to be able to say I have multiple accounts and confiscate my winnings which is not cool at all makes me feel that I can't play any online casino cuz if one or the others connected they're going to try to say that I have multiple accounts and it makes me feel that I shouldn't open up any accounts with any casino because that might just be the case in the future where they say I have multiple accounts with their sister branches or their brand branches and they're just going to confiscate my winnings every time am I right?

Hi Anthony,


Your refund has been requested some time ago and we are now following up on that. You were not in breach of the Terms for simply playing at sister brands. We willingly allow that and will never cut you off because you have accounts at our other brands.


However, our fraud department did find enough info to determine that the Terms were broken.

Ok I understand that that why did vip slots close my account and also gossip slots close my account? That's why I thought you guys close my account because I had a account with both of those places that did the same and closed my accounts. Dose this have something to do with the unauthorized charges to my debit card a while back can that be the case?

The only reason I ask is because I like to play online and I believe when my phone was lost somebody used it and made some charges to a casino online casino I believe that was in Nigeria somewhere I don't have exact information on which casino it was but all I noticed was the money missing from my account and then I called my bank and they told me it was charged from Nigeria for coin slots something is what they told me and they were unauthorized charges for not for me because I make all my charges with Bitcoin but I did have pictures of my credit cards front and back drivers license front and back drivers license to my face front and back all stored in my phone and my pictures gallery so whoever had my phone had access to all that and that's how they must have used my credit card and plus all my online accounts that I had open for casinos and email and even Bank all had stored passwords for easy access to login so I had to go and change all my passwords after the last unauthorized transaction happened that's when I noticed that somebody had access to a lot of information that they shouldn't have had but since that last transaction I've changed all my passwords to everything other than my online accounts for the casinos which I should do now that I think about it but is that the possibility of what could be a breach of terms that you guys consider a breach of terms was it your guys's casino that got charged by my credit card they didn't give me a specific name of the place they just said it was coin slots in Nigeria that's all they had on the information for the charge?

Hi Anthony and Nick,


A credit card was never used in any of the accounts in question. We found multiple accounts that are connected through multiple links in both Drake Casino and VIPslots. In Gossip Slots, there is only one account linked to you and it does not breach our T&C's, however, because of the other infractions, this one has also been marked as fraudulent.


Our company, has no affiliation with Nigeria but that does not mean that your phone was not hacked. I can confirm that we have had no data breaches on our sites. Our sites use standard SSL Encryption which helps with the security of your data.


I understand how frustrating a hack can be and I sincerely hope that you get it all figured out.

@drake casino..I know for a fact that I have only opened one account with Drake's casino I don't know how I can prove that to you? And for vip slots which was the first place I signed up at me and my wife both signed up for a account and I believe that I made one more account under my name to my second email that I have either cuz my first one got disabled or totally forgotten that I had already one with vip but I know there was no bonus abuse going on or was tooken advantage of but I know for a face that there was only one account made with Drake's casino which was mine and my wife didn't sign up with Drake's casino cuz she doesn't like to gamble much. So I find that very odd that you guys claim that I've opened multiple accounts with Drake's casino there has to be an explanation for that but everything I explained to you for VIP casino is truthfully the honest truth

After taking into consideration the proof received from the casino, we will be forced to reject your complaint as the proof clearly shows that you created multiple account. I'm really sorry that we could not help you more in this case but if there was a term breach, there isn't much we can do. Please let us know when you will receive back your refund. Also if you wish to continue resolving this issue, I would recommend you to turn to licencing authorities.

Ok well thank you for getting me the answers I wanted to know I don't understand why drake's casino couldn't have address the issue with me personally. But is there any way I can see the proof of my multiple accounts because there was no multiple accounts with Drake casino itself my wife made another account with VIP casino so I don't understand how that affects Drake's casino from paying me out the money that I I won.

It didn't in particularly go against Drake's terms and conditions because they should be running a facility on its own not connected to VIP or gossip slots. Also gossip slots never returned my deposit back like VIP did cuz if I would have won any money there I would have not been able to withdraw it either so it's not fair that they were able to just take my money and not return it because even if I won I would have not been able to get anything and I don't think that's fair that if I was in breach of their contract why did they allow me to play and continue to take my money

The most common reason for not sharing it directly with you is that many casinos don't share these kinds of information with players as they would also share the system how do they find out if a player has multiple account, which is confidental. There are cases where casinos don't even share these information to us, as 3rd parties. However, I can confirm in this case, that the account dupllicity in Drake Casino happend. If you are experiencing long term issues with the group, I would recommend you to find a completly new casino to play. Also, before you would deposit any money to a casino, complete your KYC, so you can be sure that in case of winnings you will be able to withdraw without any issue.
