The player from Azerbaijan deposited a total of 2500 euro. After making some losses and then starting to win, the casino blocked his account when he attempted to withdraw. He reports that he's been accused of activities he didn't engage in, which is not allowed as per the casino's rules. The complaint was rejected and we referred the player to website that deal with sports-betting related complaints.

I deposited at all amount 2500 euro,i lost a lot of my money,but when i start winning and requested for first withdrawal,my account was blocked and they accused me at things that i didnt do and never knew what is this accusation.In their rules,they have no permission to confiscate my own money.They can null bets,yes,but after they nulled them there is 2500 euro on account.I can send screenshots of my mail where i got any message about withdrawal (i didnt withdrawal any dollar from this company)And i can find in my withdrawal history deposits,that i sent to dozenspins,so you will see.

1-i registered around 25.12.2023 and they blocked me at 15th of january

2-I put withdrawal 500 euro,went for my thing to do,after couple hours i log in account and see ''account disabled''

3-slots,sports,they are accusing me at unfair sports betting,but still this is not the point,the point is they took my money breaching they rules,because there is no rule that they can confiscate my own money that i deposited

4-without,but i took one bonus to try

I spoke with askgamblers already,if you have another sites,let me know please.Also i want to point your attention again,that its not about sports or not sports,its about a fraud and violation casino themselve rules.they are not paying my money that they have to pay.This case more about this and not about unfair casino decision.They can decide whatever they want,but they can not confiscate my own money,that i deposited to them.All i want is my deposit money

Please understand that if you only placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
