This is a good casino. Huge welcome bonus of 200% on first deposit and 100% on 2nd deposit. I won $600 from a small deposit of $30. Verfication and withdrawal via crypto took 3-4 days. So little bit longer than some casinos that would process payment within 24 hours but not a deal breaker as the verification was completed without any hassles. Huge game library and nice design and layout. My only negatives are the wagering requirement is a little high at x35 bonus + deposit. And first deposit bonus has a maximum cashout limit of x10 bonus amount, second deposit is unlimited. Overall, very decent casino, worth a try.

Yet another casino licenced in Curaçao, i would remove points just for that. Despite the games being terrible and half of which are not available in my jurisdiction including some games that are available on other sites but not on this one. I asked to close my account, i was told to send an email because this can not be done via chat, so I did.

I waited 24 hours and my account had still not been closed, when i contacted online chat they said they had sent me a follow up email which i did not receive, this happens every-time with Altacore N.V. casinos. I believe they do this purposely to try and keep the casino open and for you to continue to play. This is not great for vulnerable players.

They can not send you the original email they refer to and they tell you they are not affiliated with other Altacore N.V. Casino's, although they have the same licence, registered address, subsidiary companies and payment providers. Oh and of course this tactic is the same across those casinos and no others that i've played at.

They refused to close my account through chat despite me sending them an email asking for my account to be closed. They would not provide me with any complaints procedure or refer me to a manager, i don't know any genuine casinos that do these things.

My experience is that the games are terrible, bonuses are average and the customer service is poor, i was deliberately ignored by the customer service staff on chat. The last response to one of my reviews was that they would take my feedback onboard and improve the service, this is a blatant lie.

Avoid this casino like the plague, you can find better ones out there.

I've referred the matter to the regulator as they put vulnerable customers at risk, not that i expect anything to happen.

When I asked in the chat why my payout had not yet been processed, the answer was to contact kyc support. Which I have done several times, there was zero response. Emails are ignored and in live chat they don't want to help. There was no response to requests for a deposit limit either, although they clearly offer it on their site. Fallen for a casino again

I had my 1 payout 2 days later on my account, although I still had to send a document, which I only found out in the live chat. I was sent an email that I never got.
My 2nd payment was not processed within 24 hours as you write, it was outstanding for 5 days. Live chat couldn't or wouldn't help and emails went unanswered.
After requesting the 2nd payout, the games definitely went differently. In my opinion, it has nothing to do with good or bad luck.

The casino doesn't deserve a star. Absolutely bad support. Payouts once you have one are terribly pushed through the KYC check even if you are already verified. Withdrawals take days. In addition, only low payouts per day are possible. Cashback the biggest joke you only get from a certain amount because in plain language it means that high losses have to be generated.
