It is not a no deposit bonus. Even if you wager it 50 times you still need to make a deposit atleast 25€ and wager this too. Misleading promotion just to rob your time and money. It would be easier and much safer to deposit this 25€ to licenced casino and try your luck there. SCAMMERS.

Hello, I used 15GURU no deposit bonus. Funny thing is that it sayd that max cashout is 50€, now the casino says that minimum withdrawal is 100€. I don't get that. And if it is no deposit bonus, why i need to make a deposit and wager it? Where is the logic behind that? 🙂

I am not sure why you should wager the deposit. (if you, of course, didn't take another bonus) 

But please let me explain. Most no deposit bonuses nowadays come with a mandatory deposit which you can make (in most cases) after you finish the wagering. This deposit is necessary to check your payment method. So in praxis: you get a bonus and complete the wagering then make a minimum deposit and instantly make a withdrawal request of minimal deposit + max bonus winnings from free bonus. Sounds easy, right?

S now we need to find out what's going wrong in your case - my best guess is that with a deposit you automatically took another bonus - if you didn't play with this yet you can still cancel it.

I'm sure that I took 15guru bonus. I copy small correspondence here regarding wagering my deposit.

I am sorry Kalle, but you probably misunderstood something.

You get a €15 free bonus, and you need to wager that amount 50 times.

So you need to bet €750. After you finish with this and you still have some money left on your account, you can deposit €25 (this deposit s necessary for security reason and KYC reason, to verify your identity) you can withdraw €125 so you are €100 richer than before.

I still don't see any scam here.

I already did wagering. I still have over 100€ on my account. I little bit even understand why you want me to deposit for KYC, but if I need to deposit then how is this no deposit bonus? And WHY I need to wager my deposit to withdraw my bonus which I already wagered? And why it is said that max cashout is 50€ if can't withdraw less than 125€ ???

I am sorry, Kalle. I was calculating with a maximum $100 cashout, and this bonus has a cashout of $50 - I am very sorry for my mistake. So after depositing $25, you would be able to withdraw $75. Do not take any bonus, and before making a deposit ask the casino about what exactly you need to do to be able to withdraw the money from no deposit bonus.

I am sorry that you are disappointed that all this process of cashing out is too complicated and with a max cashout rule you may ask if it is even worth taking a bonus. Just please realise that the primary purpose of the bonus is to show the people how the casino looks like and which amazing games they can play.

The process of withdrawing in complicated, I agree. But it is because of legal requirements for making a withdrawal and proper player verification purposes.
