I have a pending €900 withdrawal when I talk to someone in live chat they keep saying that it’s a different department that handles withdrawals and they can’t give me a timeframe of when I will get my withdrawal.

My account is fully verified and the withdrawal is pending but they basically just keep saying that they can’t give me a timeframe incase it’s misleading seems very dogey
