This site is simply awful. Any payouts are processed fairly quickly after verification. However, payouts are rare. I've requested account deletion what feels like 20 times, and the result was that I first received a credit (which I didn't even want) and then (being a gambler, I naturally deposited more money). Only then did I receive an email addressing the deletion, claiming I'd given them another chance and so on. In every email, I stated that I have a gambling problem and that the site doesn't allow users to restrict or block their accounts themselves. I find this site outrageous for people suffering from gambling problems (and I think there are quite a few of them)! It's pure exploitation, deliberately targeting those who have a real problem and offer no way to take action themselves! Sure, you can change your password, but that's completely pointless since you can just change it back again (forgotten password). I only managed to block the site on Firefox; I couldn't do it on Google Chrome (I'm a computer novice). I find it absolutely outrageous (especially when you report having a gaming problem) that it takes forever for requests to be responded to, and then absolutely nothing happens! It's pure strategy! THIS is driving people into financial ruin!! I think I'm certainly not the only one with this problem, as I've already read several reviews with the same issue! Of course, it's my own fault, and if it's not this site, there are plenty of others where I can register and play. I personally only use this site; I'm not interested in any others. That's precisely why I'm appalled that my request isn't being addressed, and I'm considering legal action!

Site works fine and games are decent but i had issues with verification. had to upload my details again without really knowing why the first one failed. after that it worked but the whole process just felt unnecessary and slow. not a bad site, just not smooth.

I contact live chat but they just say other department deals with it and can't assist. It's is without doubt the worst experience I have had with a company. The slots are fixed to the lowest level I have ever seen. Avoid this site if you don't want problems

Really good casino!! Lots of games to choose from and you can play all of them on bonus. Customer support very responsive and solved any issues quickly.
I have played at Dolfwin several times, great game play and bonuses. Also you can play any slot game, which is nice. I found the KYC process to be very fair, quick to process.
I have not had any negative experiences with this casino..
