They ignore me after I asked for withdrawal of my winnings.

Account was verified very fast even before first deposit. So I had confidence to make my first deposit. Also live support was very nice when I asked about first deposit sports bonus.

Bonus was added after the deposit, everything was fine, I was playing and won some money.

I ordered withdrawal of 230 euros. In two hours it was declined. No reason was given, they didnt sent any email, nothing. So I asked support why its happened and she told me that it seems bonus is not fully wagered. But it was cleared, even more bets I made after wagering was finished.

She promised to send me email with details but I never got email from them. All the rest efforts to contact support didnt give results. They stopped talking to me after I said why I came to the chat.

I played some more and now its 250 euros on my account. They are totally ignoring me and I am reading comments around the web and nobody was paid here, nobody. I know they will not pay me too...

Could you please advise how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Have you ever received any payments from this casino?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hello and thank you for your help.

I made withdrawal request on 3 or April. I would not start to panic in other case, its common thing at some casinos delays but behavior of Dogs Fortune clearly indicates that they are not willing to pay and even to give a reason why.

It was my first time when I was trying to withdraw after I played with my first deposit and sports deposit bonus.

Support was helpful when I contacted them to ask about deposit bonuses and another time when I was trying to clarify how much wagering left. But things with support changed after my withdrawal request. When it was rejected I wrote to live chat and agent told me that it seems that my bonus is not fully wagered. So she strated with lies already. Bonus was fully cleared and it was visible in the profile. Also I made more bets when required. She told me that in 24 hours they will send me email about how much wagering left and gave me advice to continues play while waiting for response. I continues to play and won some more. But of course didnt get any email again. I ordered withdrawal request again and it was rejected again. And usually when casinos rejecting withdrawals they send emails with a given reason and here nothing. Again you need to go to ask. So second time they even didnt answer me to live chat. But it was night. So I sent email. Of course again I didnt get any reply from them. Later I just ordered for fun 100 euro request and until now its pending. But when I wrote to support live chat, agent replied to me however when I asked to check about my withdrawal chat member never came back to the chat.

So from my previous experience I understand that this casino is not willing to pay. They do the same things like one casino which is closed now and never paid me. And of course I checked all the possible comments about Dogs Fortune and didnt find single comment where player would say that he was paid but many comments from players who never was paid and same behavior of the casino.

However, I will set the timer for additional 10 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene. I dont think so that they will ever pay. One thing would be a delay, another thing is when support running away from the chat when asking about withdrawal. They even dont try to lie to me or something. They just ignore and every time I order withdrawal they cancelling it.
