Hi i signed up last night and deposited 48.00 bitcoin this morning at 9.07 am and have yet to get it in my account. I have emailed 5 times from there website there is no live chat or phone number. please assist me if you can I would greatly appreciate it

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise which Bitcoin e-wallet you own? Please forward your payment receipt to petronela.k@casino.guru or upload it here when replying. Have you deposited any funds in this casino in the past?

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
