das Casino Depositwin will meinen Gewinn von 250 Euro aus dem 6. Turnier vom Slotprovider GameArt nicht auszahlen.

Am 2.8. habe ich mich dort registriert . Ich habe dort den 150% Crypto First Deposit Bonus genommen , eingezahlt habe ich mit Krypto XRP im Wert von 195,69 Euro und die Bonussumme war 293,54 Euro.

Der Bonus ist wagerfree, d.h. der muss nicht umgesetzt werden, auch wenn man sein Echtgeld schon verloren hat und schon im Bonus ist. Alles, was über den Bonusbetrag ist, kann jederzeit ausgezahlt werden , dann wird der Bonusbetrag abgezogen.

Ich hab mehrere Stunden dort Slots gespielt und konnte aber nichts Grosses gewinnen und entschied mich am 3.8. 200 Euro auszuzahlen, der Bonus wurde dann automatisch storniert. Ich musste noch ein Selfie mit ID hinschicken und wurde verifiziert. Am gleichen Tag habe ich die Auszahlung erhalten.

Am 6.8. habe ich gesehen, dass das Turnier vom GameArt um 23 Uhr beendet war. Mein Highscore war 161604 und Platz 22 und ich bekam einen Gewinn von 250 Euro, siehe Screenshot, den ich angehängt habe. Also habe ich die 250 Euro sofort ausgezahlt.

Am 7.8. habe ich eine E-Mail vom Casino Depositwin erhalten, dass ich gegen die AGB verstoßen habe und mein Gewinn von 250 Euro wurde dann gelöscht. Das Casino sagte mir, ich hätte mit meiner Einzahlung und dem Bonusgeld eine Bonushunt durchgeführt, und nachdem der Saldo auf Null war, habe ich die gehunteten Boni geöffnet und den Gewinn von 250 Euro erhalten.

Ja, ich habe eine kleine Bonushunt durchgeführt, aber alle Boni habe ich vorher schon geöffnet, bevor ich eine Auszahlung getätigt habe. Ausserdem handelte es sich wie schon erwähnt um einen wagerfree Bonus. Wenn ich noch Boni offen hätte, warum sollte ich sie nach der Auszahlung öffnen, denn ich hätte sie doch vorher öffnen können und zusammen mit den 200 Euro auszahlen können. Die Aussage des Casinos ist also unlogisch.

Nach meiner Auszahlung betrug mein Guthaben Null und der Gewinn von 250 Euro stammt aus dem Turnier und dieses Geld gehört nicht mal dem Casino, sondern kam von GameArt.

Ich habe dem Casino eine E-Mail geschrieben und ihnen mitgeteilt, aber sie wollen bei ihrer Entscheidung bleiben. Siehe E-Mail .

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Do I understand it correctly that use accumulated some bonus features in game while playing with bonus, later canceling the bonus by withdrawing the winnings and then using the accumulated features to move up in the tournament?

If yes, I can understand that it might seem different if the bonus was wager free as it is basically like real money but the bonuses and bonus term are there for a reason and players have to follow them. It is a good-will of the casino and should not be misused.

My account was full verified on 3.8.23 after I have paid out 200 Euro and sent a selfie with my Id.

Yes, because it was a wagerfree Bonus, so I made a little Bonus hunt, and yes it was my fault because I didn't read this in tos, that this is not allowed. But I have opened all bonuses before I made a withdrawl.

The rule of the tournament of provider GameArt is, you have to make highest points.The points system is based on total accumulated multipliers over the course of the 30 rounds of spins. After 30 spins you can start again and make a new Highscore. The 1st place can win 31000 Euro. My place was only 22 and the winning only 250 Euro. If i could cheat in the tournemant , why i didn't do more points?

But if have breaked the rule, how can I made a withdrawl and it was successfuly?

After the withdrawal my balance was zero and I couldn't do something else.

The case is , the casino told me, because I made a little Bonus hunt , so I have opened alle bonuses after my balance was zero and winning the 250 Euro. But this is not true, the winning is from the tournament and I didn't generate winning from the bonushunt.

In case of mentioned fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to void all winnings and confiscate the entire players' balance. Yes, i made a bonuhunt, but i have opened all bonuses before the withdrawl, after the withdrawl i have any more balance and i didn't make a new deposit. The casino can check the bet history, after the withdrawl there is nothing, only the winning from the tournement on 6.8.23 .

And i repeat once more, the bonus was a wagerfree bonus, that means if i still had hunted bonuses , i could opened them before and cashout with the 200 Euro together. Why should i do this after my balance was zero?

And if i have breaked the rule, why i am allowed cachout 200 Euro before? And once more, the 250 Euro is not from casino, it came from the Slotprovider GameArt.

I have found the winning from the tournement in the bet history. You see, WIN PROMO : 250 Euro . The tournement has been endet at 21 UTC o'clock on 6.8.23 , i got the money at 21:09. And sorry, i have forgetten, after my withdrawl i still had 91 cents. Because the casino has deleted all the money, so my balance was zero after.

As per this term:

You are not allowed to collect bonuses specially not for purposes to accumulate points during a tournament. Based on the current facts, the casino was allowed to void such winnings.

Ja, Bonushunt habe ich gemacht, aber nicht später geöffnet. Und in der Mail stand es nichts über das Turnier. Depositwin meinte nur, ich hätte Bonushunt gemacht und die Boni später geöffnet und die 250 Euro dadurch bekommen.

Da ich bei diesem Casino keinen Verlust gemacht habe, werde ich auf den Turniergewinn verzichten und werde dort auch nicht mehr spielen.
