Ultimately, the Complaints Team concluded that there was sufficient evidence from the casino to support their position, leading to the rejection of the player's complaint.

I was a player since September 2023 and my account was blocked on around February 2024.



I was unable to login or reset my password thats when i did chat and they told on live-chat my account has been blocked.


I have attached screenshots of the login issue i am facing when i try to login to my account here.

Namita2999, the issue we have at the moment is that the casino declines to provide evidence to us while mentioning that they cannot share any sensitive info regarding the player (you). There is a way in which we can pass by this restriction, but it requires a bit of your help.

I will send you a document which you will need to print out, sign, verify the signature with your local notary scan it and send back to us. This document will enable us to receive sensitive information related to you.

We have finally received evidence from the casino. It confirms the fact that your account is tied to multiple other accounts via different means. We cannot share all details, but creating multiple accounts to abuse casino's bonuses or different offers in unfair, even if different persons create them, but in a collusion. Most of the time casinos have instruments to reveal such activities and it is almost impossible to take advantage of them in that way, so I would advise you not to participate in such activities again because you will just lose more money.


On that sad note, I must reject your complaint.

I can confirm you i do not hold any multiple accounts nor have I ever claimed any sort of bonus from the Dafabet casino,

The casino do not want to return back my funds which is why the are making up false stories against me.


I can give you all the proofs you need to prove myself and i have my balance in my account,i have received official mails from the dafabet email and chat support.


I am 100% sure about what I have said and i have provided you with the power of attorney document so there should no problem for the casino in sharing their claims and information.


I have also emailed asking for a deadlock letter from them but i have still not received them.

I did receive calls few days back from one of the dafabet casino representative named "Saif" and i have shared everything clearly with them but i dont understand why are they not wanting to return back my available balance.


I can only request you to help me as a mediator fairly as rejecting the complaint will just not be fair for me with no clearity of this case.

Everything is in your hands now,i would just feel hopeless if you decide to close this complaint like this.

First of all i do not hold any affliate account with dafabet casino and secondly my Dafabet account is not linked to any affliate links, as i had signed up on Dafabet casino through Google direct sign-up link so it is impossible that i could have ever signed up with any affliate links.

Dear Namita299, if the affiliate was the only connection between your and other accounts, I would believed it. However, as the casino has already mentioned, there were other connections as similar IPs and bank details. I value your cooperation throughout the complaint and fully understand how and why you may be frustrated. But even if you are not aware that anyone has used your account for their fraudulent behavior, unfortunately, there is nothing I can do, there is just enough evidence to prove the direct connection.

I feel that there is no longer sense in keeping this complaint opened as neither us nor the casino will change our positions, therefore, I will reject this complaint due to aforementioned reasons.
