Сasino canceled the withdrawal. I want to complain about Dafabet Casino. I've been trying to get my money for a long time. I'll tell you the details. I played at Dafabet Casino in October. My balance after the game ended was $1584. I wanted to withdraw my deposit and winnings, but Dafabet Casino canceled the withdrawal. I received a letter:


"Please be advised that your withdrawal request for $1,584 has been denied. After carefully reviewing your account, our management has decided to confiscate your bonus and winnings of $634.50. "


The casino sent me a deposit of $950, and the rest was taken. They did not explain their actions, did not answer my questions. It seems strange to me. When I lose the casino takes my money, but when I win confiscate my winnings. I believe that the actions of the casino do not comply with the rules of the casino and the laws of any country. An honest casino returns money to its users. Please solve my problem.
