The player from India had his Cwinz account blocked for allegedly having multiple accounts. He had recently made a deposit in this account, which is now inaccessible. The player later infomred us the casino admitted to making an error and the player's account was made available to him again. The player withdrew his funds and stopped playing in the casino. We marked the complaint as resolved.

I am using cwinz from more than one year now and i am sure i didn't create a new account on cwinz since this period suddenly they blocked my cwinz account and told me that i have servel more accounts on cwinz but i am sure i didn't have any other account because i have knowledge about dual account restrictions but they refused it and told me my account cannot be unlocked please help me sir i deposited in my account yesterday and today they blocked me my whole deposit is stuck now

Do I understand correctly you haven't been able to play any games in the casino since opening your new account in the casino? Is INR16000 the entire amount of your deposit in the casino?

Is there any chance that someone from your household or using the same IP address has also created an account at this casino? Could you please advise if you have passed the KYC verification?

sir I can't able to login playing games a another level task and i am using cwinz more than one year now but i didn't make any other account also i use mobile network so I don't thik anyone can another account from my phone without my knowledge, i deposited 20k INR In My Casino Account And Lost 10k First Then I Won 6K Slowly Slowly And After That Suddenly They Blocked My Account and i told you that i am using cwinz from a long time and i have transaction in every month of deposit and withdraw also i have only one bank account which i used for deposit and withdraw since my account opening on Cwinz

Hello sir i was in contact with cwinz customer support when my id blocked but thank to them they unblocked my id by telling me it was a mistake i withdraw all my money and not using cwinz now thank you for you support sir
