i opened an account with this casino last month. I was played for a while and then sent mail to close my account permanently because of gambling addiction. Then I have requested to reopen my account after few days. But before I reopen I told them to set deposits limits as well for 2000$ per week. But my account was reopened but my deposits limits enquiry was ignored because they want to make money from even addiction people. But their terms and conditions says players can set deposits limits ourselves but such options wasn’t available when I made deposits. Please help me how to get my deposits back because of operator reached rules. I have a evidence of account closure mail but didn’t have a proof of limits requested via chat.

i have requested my account to be closed for permanently. They reopened my account after 7 days with my request. But when I requested to reopen I asked for deposits limits to set. They ignored my limits purposely to make money from addiction players. Even I asked their website terms and conditions it says players can set limits ourselves but such option not available. Even when I requested limits operator wasn’t warn me about this. They were cheated me.
We have received multiple e-mails from the player which we are currently examine. Will provide an official statement as soon as possible.
