Hi This is my 1st withdrawal from this casino. The withdrawal was requested 7 days ago . The winnings was accumulated with no bonuses. The withdrawal was returned to my casino account yesterday. I have requested a new withdrawal and it says approved again . Fully verified. Just got to see if its paid out on Monday. I will keep you updated.

Update from previous message . New withdrawal got declined. Spoke to live chat they said problem with payment system. Advised to do another withdrawal which I have done. Not looking good.

Yet again withdrawal cancelled. No information from live chat . Must be a scam casino.

I have now played of my withdrawal as it got cancelled again and closed the account permanently. Don't understand why this casino has a high safety index when they make withdrawals impossible.

My case with this casino can now be closed. In my opinion the safety index on casino should be rated a lot lower than shown.
