Hello, I have a verified account at cryptobetsports.com. On 11/28/24, I initiated my first withdrawal to my Jeton Wallet, and it was processed within a few hours. After receiving the confirmation email, the money was immediately available in my Jeton Wallet.

On 12/23/24, I initiated another withdrawal of 500 Euros, also through Jeton. A few hours later, I received an email stating that the withdrawal had been successfully completed. A Jeton withdrawal usually reaches my Jeton account instantly, with no waiting time. To this day, the money has not reached my Jeton Wallet. I have sent several emails to CryptoBetSports. The customer service is an absolute disaster. With luck, I received a single reply a day later, stating that they would investigate and get back to me. Nothing has happened so far. I'm hoping for some assistance here. Attached is my conversation with Jeton and the evidence that my withdrawal was supposedly completed.

As proof of the correctly completed withdrawal, CryptoBetSports should be able to provide me with the Jeton transaction reference number.
