On Nov 18th I chat with agent Mac I asked how long it takes to get btc payment he replied 1-2 days so I deposited! Hit 3 different times I had $250.00 a 116.00 and 419.00 well through each day each week I've heard you requested too many withdraws must make the $$ then on Nov 26 day after Thanksgiving I got the $250 then and since over 18 days been told server is down to payout each day each agent it's a story you get Mon oh you get Fri then over over I got 2 emails from support and 100 pages of lies then today he said you been labeled as trouble quit texting or we will close your account take your $$ I explained it's holiday time and as of dec 1st my grandma passed in Tampa FL well while in fl we got call yesterday my dad's house burned lost alot including 2 cats dead!! This casino has me by the balls and are liars and rude I have tons of detailed info copies for someone to help please

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

Yes I did get 250 that was requested very same day had 3. #1 250 then 116. And 439. After paying 250 things changed names of agents changed and it's been outright lies since then even them telling me yesterday we can take as long as we want!! And if you keep on we will close your account and you will lose your $
So wow see attached she had nerve to say you haven't deposited since Thanksgiving!!! What does that have to do with my cashouts? And fact I got death in family and a fire oh yes and it's holiday tie
