The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. Even though we assumed that the issue had been resolved, without a confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.

So I attempted to withdraw my winnings from free spins, ($50) they told me I first had to make a $25 deposit for verification purposes and I'd then be able to collect my $50 as well as the $25.. well I have been waiting just over two weeks now and everytime I contact them it's the same thing over and over.. "It will be real soon now as you're in the que" "I've escalated your case" "Thank you for your patience" (like I have a choice lol) "Can you give me an updated Bitcoin address" "It will be very soon I assure you"

I'm not sure they know the definition of soon!!!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it was your first withdrawal in this casino? Have you completed the KYC verification successfully, please?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Yes, it'll be my first time withdrawing from them! I'm not sure what KYC stands for but all my required documents have been submitted and approved prior to this waiting game. They told me at the time of my deposit that since it would be my first time withdrawing it could take up to 10 days until my funds reflected in my designated account... We are now on day 16!
