The player from Croatia has opened a new account but didn’t receive the Welcome bonus. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hi,

I became a new member at Cookie casino.

I join this casino cause it is written on their site: New members 100 % bonus up to 100 euros. I didn`  t get any. Also it is written free spins which I get after the 3rd time I contact support. 

When I asked for bonus of 50 euros support answered me that now they can` t do anything because I started the games.

Well that` s my complain.
