Hello everyone. I created an account with bitbet24 on March 20th of this year. I used the starting bonus (sports) in the amount of 124 euros. After 4 days, I turned over the bonus and transferred all funds to my deposit account. I requested a test withdrawal of 10 euros on March 24th. I was asked to verify my account, which I did, and the funds were paid to me on April 4th. Then on April 5th, I requested a withdrawal of the remaining funds, which was 437.7 euros. Since April 5th, the withdrawal has had a "new" status and it has been 12 days now. Bitbet24 does not have a chat. Although I have sent them 5 emails, they have not responded to any of them and continue to send me offers for new bonuses. From what I have read, I am not the first person to have a similar problem with this casino. Can you help me? I am attaching a photo with transaction statuses on my account. Thank you in advance for your help.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
