Got a decent first impression, everything felt ideal: fast live support, great design, huge selection of games, not rigged RTP, even the cashback percentages were fine to me. But when it came to cashing out my winnings, the nightmare started. A decent casino. There are big wins sometimes, but also losses, like anywhere else. The most important and rare thing these days with casinos, is that they really pay out, even though its not always instant. Once I won around 3000 and had to wait two days and was asked for docs, which was not approved fast.. but they paid it all out eventually. Customer support responds quickly and they helped me solve an issue with my currency showing wrong one time. I think it would be great if they added more live games, apart from that everything is cool!
