Won a big amount of, withdraw only 1k usd and after that casino requested verification


Passed successfully through ID verification, but have problems with proof of address.


Sent them two different bank inquiry with my name and address on it, tax inquiry with name and mobile phone detailing as they asked for (without name and address on it, only phone number).


I don't have any utility bills that they asked for, but with all other casinos it wasn't a problem with my bank inquiry with stamps/signs and so with my address and name on it.

And no, I didn't use any bonuses while playing.
