Got a email from them. Depost 20 pound and get 500 bonus so did I get the wager thing won 200 pound withdrawal it. Withdrawal on the 18th off May. Still waiting I went 2 contact them on the phone number got tho they said it was a dating site. So all the money I have deposited I have lost. I dnt no if I ever win get my winnings. I always speak 2 this alaxa same old story. Contact support I am so upset and a other one aswell called lucky wins casio the same thing from them 2. I just dnt no what 2 do.

Could you please confirm that you have completed account verification successfully? Have you received any funds previously or this was your first withdrawal request?

Do I understand correctly that the payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

However, I would like to warn you that it seems to be a common practice of Chilli777 Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Regardless of many unresolved complaints marked "No Reaction Policy" we keep on trying.

They need 2 be shut down all off them. Like lucky casio. Chilli777. 4casio. Winners casio. There are alot off them link. I have tried 2 block them from sending emails and texts. But still getting them. This needs 2 get sorted. SHUT DOWN.plus not reel ppl scam its money getting transferred 2 kenya Nigeria. And other country's.
