Chilli777.com are a scam casino and I would urge the administrators of this review site to reconsider their decision to host them on this platform. Chilli777.com have been removed from TrustPilot, having breached their policy on ethics and found to be a "bad fit company".
Chilli777 fail to communicate or comply with alternative dispute resolution services and currently do not hold a valid or genuine license.
Personally, I have been waiting for almost a year to receive a £200 payout, despite two (fake) confirmation emails, stating that the payment has been sent. My account, however, still states that the payment is "pending" from August 2021. I have been informed that nobody within the company can contact finance directly, they do not respond to any emails and their customer service telephone number goes directly to a telephone dating line and they simply block you from live chat when they run out of excuses.
Again, I would urge you to seriously consider their posting on this site. Happy to be contacted further, should you wish to discuss.

Avoid at all costs! If you win - you won’t get your winnings! My account was fully verified and I have outstanding withdrawal of £350 since March2021. Have repeatedly emailed/chat - all their agents are called ‘Alexa’ but they can’t help…..Alexa will tell you an email will be sent to you when your winnings are on their way.
