The player from United Kingdom had requested a withdrawal almost two months ago. Unfortunately, it has not been received yet. Casino didn't respond.
I made a withdrawal on the 25 May 2021 for £200 and I am still waiting today 21 July 2021. I uploaded the documents that was requested to verify my account and I also played through all bonus restrictions as required. My account is still live and the status of the withdrawal is :"AWAITING" this is how it looks.

I have sent a number of Emails with no reply, I have also sent an email via a different route and email account, but have had no reply from support@chilli777.com through the inbox or spam. The Casino will contact me when I reset the username/password on my account within seconds. This makes me believe they are ignoring withdrawal requests etc. but answer everything else. On some occassions, the response is from "4 CROWNS CASINO"

Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost two months is unusually long time.
However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

We would like to ask the Chilli777 Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
