Despite the player's denial, we had confirmed the similarity between the passport used for verification and the one provided by the player. Consequently, we had rejected the complaint due to the breach of the casino's terms and conditions.

I played the second deposit bonus on celsiuscasino. i win 2404 euro. i made a withdraw 2/3 and then i was told to send in the documents they need to verify my account. they should contact me after they have verify my documents. today 24/3 i was on the site to se whats happend when they still not contact me. i looked at my withdraw and it says Succes. so i asked the chat when the money should arrived. the chat asked me to log out and log in on the account. so i did that. when i tried to log in it says that im suspended for multiple account and bonus abuse.

Its only me who play casino in my home. its imposible that i have moore than one account. i have send all the documents they asked for, but im not shore if they have accepted my docoments before i was suspended.

Hello,


This user is just using multiple passports from multiple people he knows in norway to abuse deposit bonuses for a while, except this time he made the mistake of using the same computer and the fingerprints (cookies tracking system we use to spot double accounts) stayed into his browser proved it's the same user and he also made the mistake of re-using the same passport twice on these 2 accounts.


This account is banned, and wont be unbanned


I repeat the exact same thing as in the other opened case, suddenly the entire scammers team will come on Casino guru as they are used to this process when they get caught, I will send you all proof through email as soon as possible.

I dont understand? have i used the same passport to verify 2 different acoount on celcius? its imposible... i only have registred 1 account. and i have played on celcius 2 times on my account and i win the second time. they asked me to send my documents to verify. some documents was not "succsess" so i send same document but in different pictures becouse the asked me to do that. when i hold the passport and when all the 4 corners was visseble. i ask them where i can send the documents and they give me a link on the site where i upload it. they also get pictures my mail. i send the pictures to your mail now Petronela
