Hi Petronela, thanks for the reply, then, I registered on the site about a month ago by filling in the personal data as usual, which shows my residence in Italy. I made a couple of deposits and placed bets and played slots. In the meantime I have sent a copy of the document and the bill which have been approved. After the approval I won more money reaching € 450 for which I requested payment by bank transfer. Since yesterday it is no longer possible to access the site. I have never used Vpn, I am not so good at using technology.
