Cant get my money out.

Always got error withdraw failed.

I have fighted for three days with multiple chat operators, and i think they are chatgpt bots.

First they were telling me that credit card number was not same as verified picture.

Then they told me that i didnt add correct information for withdraw or it was blank.

Now they are telling me that its technical issues and keep telling me to request again and again.


Im tired now and i think they are scamming me.

Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified? Do I understand correctly the casino advised you to submit withdrawal requests again and again but they keep getting rejected? Have you made successful withdrawals before?

Yes account is fully verified and they are asking me to request again if it fails.

Its like 11th time now i request withdraw.

This is my first withdraw and support keeps telling me im verified and try again.

I have also emailed ar catcasino support and emailed to anastasia who answered to my review from this site without getting any answers or autoreply.

I have not blocked supports email and its not in junk folder.


This is just weird and shady that they keeps my money while i have verified succesfully and i even posted screenshots from withdraw with bank details and they keep telling me its blank form.

And then they aretelling me to not worry about and withdraw with visa/mc method.


After long wait it cancels and next chat agent tells me to do same things over and over like a robot.

Hello,


Today 27.6.2023 i got my money from catcasino.

Support emailing was poor, anastasia emailed me once and did not reply me back.

I created skrill account and verified it, then they paid me my money.

I couldnt withdraw with visa which i used as deposit method, i dont know why becausw it works in almost every casino.


Ill update my review, buts its still negative.
